New Pronoun Options
We've expanded the pronoun choices available to learners when completing their evaluator, giving them more flexibility and removing a barrier to participation.
A new opt-out option allows learners to skip the pronoun question entirely if none of the available choices feel right for them. Choosing this option will generate their profile using the same You/Your language.
Learners completing their evaluator in English can now select You/Your as their preferred pronoun.
When selected, their profile content will address them directly using "you" and "your" rather than gendered or third-person pronouns.
Practitioners can make changes to their learners' chosen pronouns for profiles via Insights Customer Platform.These new pronoun options are available for Explore, Discovery, Insights Discovery Full Circle (IDFC) and IDTL profiles in English.
