Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO)

What is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows users to access multiple applications with a single set of user credentials. This means that users no longer need to remember multiple passwords, making their experience more convenient and secure.

OPTION 1 - You're a New Customer

Here’s how we’ll work together to get you set up:

  1. Let Us Know You’d Like SSO
    • Just mention it to your Account Manager or onboarding contact and we’ll take it from there!
  2. Share Key Contacts
    • We'll ask for:
    • A Technical Contact (someone from your IT team)
    • A Main User Contact (your team’s key user/admin)
  3. We’ll Send Setup Materials
    • Your technical contact will receive:
    • A short SSO Completion Form
    • A simple Setup Guide with clear steps and screenshots
  4. Testing (Demo Environment)
    • After we have received your SSO Form, your team will get a login invite to our test environment.
    • This lets you check that everything works before we go live.
  5. Ready to Go Live
    • Once the demo works:
    • We’ll invite you to the live platform
    • We’ll also share a final version of the guide for reference before the live log-in.
  6. All Done!
    • You’ll log in using your usual work login - safely and simply.

OPTION 2: You're an Existing Customer Moving to the NCP

We’ve got you covered, here’s what to expect:

  1. Request SSO
    • Let your Account Manager or our team know you’d like to enable SSO.
  2. We’ll Check Your Migration Status
    • We’ll confirm whether you’ve been moved to our new platform.
    • If not, we’ll help you with that first.
  3. You’ll Receive Setup Documents
    • We’ll send:
    • An SSO Completion Form
    • A Legal Addendum (if needed)
    • A step-by-step Demo Guide
  4. We’ll Sort Legal (If Needed)
    • If your team has any concerns about the legal docs, let us know. Our legal team will work with you to get things sorted quickly.
  5. Test Login (Demo Environment)
    • After we have received your SSO Form, your technical and admin users will test logging in via our demo platform.
  6. Move to Live Platform
    • Once everything looks good:
    • We’ll invite you to the live platform
    • You’ll receive a final version of the guide before the live log-in.
  7. You're Live with SSO!
    • You can now use your standard login to access our tools securely and easily.
