How to request units

Click “Request units” on your own unit wallet or “Request units for user” on a user detail page

Select the user you’d like to request units for – if coming from a user detail page, that user is preselected here

Enter the total number of units you’d like to request

Optionally add purchase order or invoice number – this is for when a purchase of units has already been made and you need them to be credited, referencing an existing document could speed the process up

Optionally add additional comments to your request

Finish with the “Generate unit request email” button

A prefilled email will open in your default mail application on your device – check it contains the correct details and hit send
There’s a chance this could fail if you predominately use webmail and don’t have a default mail app configured. If nothing happens when you reach the final step, you can email a request manually to customerservices@insights.com.
