What are the benefits of migrating from Insights Online to our new and improved customer platform?
One of our key strategic goals is to develop and implement new technologies which improve the learning experience based on feedback received from our customers.
We are excited to share, after extensive testing, that over the coming year we will be migrating all of our customers from Insights Online to the New Customer Platform. This will allow for ongoing innovation and continuous improvement whilst delivering immediate benefits including:
- A gender inclusive pronoun choice for learners, currently available in English
- Automated functionality for Insights experience management
- A simplified interface that places the info you need at your fingertips
- Real time tracking of evaluator completions
- A dedicated area to browse and find learners and teams
We have recently launched the evolved version of our Insights Discovery Personal Evaluator on the New Customer Platform. Following extensive research and testing, we’ve developed our evolved statement-based evaluator to further improve our profile and learner experience. The evolved 30 frame evaluator will still produce the same Insights Discovery Personal Profile that we all know and love, but with the evolved feature of using statements instead of word-pairs. These statements use simpler, more accessible, and inclusive language, and have the added benefit of being easier to translate to ensure global reliability. Feedback has been extremely positive from both practitioners and learners.
