More languages available
The New Customer Platform is now available in Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Japanese, Romanian, Czech, Korean, Swedish, Ukranian, Serbian, Greek, Chinese (Simplified), Vietnamese and Turkish.
Users can change their language via My account > Edit details > Preferred language.
Data retention policy
Our new data retention policy now applies to the system. This means that learner data, including evaluator submissions (colour preferences) and profiles may be deleted automatically if inactive for a default period of 5 years.
Select time zone by location
You can now select a time zone based on your rough location (like nearby capital cities) when creating experiences. Users told us it was often difficult to select a time zone with the previous GMT options.
New Insights Discovery Full Circle (IDFC) functionality
Firstly, we’ve made IDFC experiences available to select for all users. Check the new product page on our website for use cases.
You can also edit contributors on IDFC profiles via Learner detail pages. If you need to remove a contributor from an IDFC profile, find the affected learner and select the “Edit contributors” option on the profile summary. You can then select who you want to have removed.
