Purchasing profiles through evaluator links and teams follows the same process:

1. On evaluator link detail OR team detail, select the learners you'd like to make a purchase for.
2. Select the purchase button that appears at the bottom of the screen alongside the total of learners selected.
3. You'll navigate to a checkout process with a baket of your selected learners and the total unit spend
4. Select the profile type you want to purchase:
   • Insights Discovery
   • Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership
5. If you select "Insights Discovery":
   • You'll have an option to assign additional chapters to every learner in your basket.
   • If some learners in your basket already have Insights Discovery profiles, you will need to assign them chapters they don't already have or remove them from the basket to complete your purchase.
6. If you select "Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership":
   • All the learners in your basket must have existing Insights Discovery profiles, any that don't can be removed from the basket to complete your purchase.
7. If you have enough units in your wallet for the selection you've made AND you're making a purchase for all the learners in your basket, you'll be able to view a summary of your spend and complete your purchase.
8. If you're purchasing from an evaluator link, a modal window will appear asking if you wish to add the learners in this transaction to a private team (can be edited and changed to public after creation) in the same organisation as the evaluator link – this allows us to provide you with a better summary of your purchase and means you don’t need to return to the evaluator link and search for the learners you selected once the transaction is complete.

Purchasing from a learner's detail page follows the exact same process, except you'll only have a single learner in your basket. Just select the "Purchase profiles and chapters" option in the Profiles section of the page.

You can only make purchases for a learner's latest completed evaluator in each area.

Insights Explore is not currently available to purchase through evaluator links. Insights Discovery Full Circle will likely never be purchasable through evaluator links as they exist today due to the complexity of managing contributors for multiple learners.
