How to delete a learner from an Organisation

  1. Start by selecting the learner’s name. This will take you to the Learner’s page.
    2. Click ‘Edit learner’, you’ll be taken to the Edit learner page.
    3. Click  ‘Delete learner’. A confirmation pop-up will appear, you’ll need to confirm that you understand the following outcomes of deletion:  
  • The learner’s personal information being permanently deleted from the New Customer Platform. 
  • The learner profile(s) will be permanently deleted and will no long show on any team wheel. 
  • The learner’s contributions to existing Insights Discovery Full Circle profiles will be permanent deleted. 

 
You must tick all of the check boxes in order to continue.  
4. If not all boxes are ticked an error message will display, ‘Please confirm outcomes to continue.’ You can select cancel if you do not wish to proceed.  
5. To continue, click ‘Delete learner’.  
6. After deletion, you’ll return to the Learners tab on the Learners & Teams page. A confirmation message will appear, and the learner will no longer be listed.  
 
What if a learner exists in multiple organisations?  
If a learner exists in multiple organisations, you will need to delete the learner from each organisation that they have a completed an evaluator or purchased a profile in.
