Completing the new Insights evaluator

  1. If you’ve clicked on an evaluator link sent to you by a colleague or in a learning module you were asked to complete, you’ll need to start by confirming your email – enter and submit the email address you use for work (if you have one) then click the link in the email we’ve sent to you
  2. If you received an invite to an Insights experience, your evaluator link can’t be shared with others and is unique to you
  3. If the evaluator doesn’t show content in your native language, you can change the language at any time using the dropdown in the header at the top right of each page
  4. Select the “Get started” button to begin after reviewing the content on the welcome screen
  5. There are four set up stages you can jump between using the “Next” and “Back” buttons once you’ve filled in all form fields on each, they ask for the following information:
    1. Your full name
    2. Your “known as” name – this can be a nickname or just your first name, it’s how we’ll refer to you in your profiles
    3. The language you want your profile to be provided in – can also be provided in other languages by someone who represents Insights in your workplace
    4. Your pronouns – this also affects how we refer to you in your profiles
    5. Country of residence*
    6. Age range*
    7. Job title*
    8. Length of service*
    9. Job level*
    10. Sector*
    11. Sub sector*
  6. Once you’ve completed set up, you’ll see an instructions screen with some advice on how to continue – the most important thing to remember is that there are no wrong answers, you’re just giving us an idea of how you see yourself
  7. Select the “Begin” button to start the main area of the evaluator
  8. You’ll then be asked to progress through 30 “frames” or sections containing four sentences, each of which you must provide a rating for
  9. One sentence should have “Most like me” selected, another should have “Least like me” selected and the two left over should have different numbers between 1 and 5 selected - small notices at the top of each screen will let you know once you’ve rated everything correctly and can continue
  10. Once you’ve submitted all your ratings, you’ll see a thank you screen and receive an email confirming we’ve received your results

*Any information that can identify you personally is not included with this data, we use it to get a broad picture of who is completing evaluators for ongoing research

There’s nothing else for you to do at this point, whoever provided you with the evaluator link or sent you an invite is now able to produce profiles for you. Sit tight and you should receive one soon.
