Evaluator Link Notifications

Send an automated real-time email notification to your list of users when a learner completes an evaluator through a Evaluator Link. 
 
Setting up notifications 
1. Start on the ‘Evaluator links’ tab. Create a new evaluator link or select an existing one you want to receive completion notifications for.  
2. Click the evaluator link name. This opens the link details page - you’ll see a button labelled Manage updates. Notifications are off by default for newly created links.  
3. Click ‘Manage updates’. A toggle labelled Updates will appear, switch it On to activate notifications for this evaluator link. 
 
Adding and Removing Practitioners 
4. When Updates is switched On: 

  • You are automatically added to the notification list. 
  • You can search for and add other users in your organisation to receive notifications. 

To remove yourself: 

  • If you’re the only users listed: toggle Updates to Off. 
  • If others are listed: click Remove next to your name. 

To disable notifications for everyone: 

  • Toggle Updates to Off. 

 
Notification Email Content 
5. When notifications are enabled, each listed users will receive an email whenever a learner completes an evaluator using the link. 

The email includes: 

  • Evaluator link name and language 
  • Learner’s full name and email address 
  • Date and time of completion 
  • Referral code
