An overview of how to download or share existing profiles with learners via teams and learner detail pages.

To download and share existing profiles, follow these steps:

1. Make sure the “Learners” tab is selected at the top of the “Learners & teams” section
2. Enter a learner’s name or email address in the search field
3. Select a learner’s name in the results to navigate to their learner detail page
4. If you’re looking to download or share in a specific language, select an option in the language field labelled “Sharing and downloading profiles in:” under the “Profiles” heading – some profiles may not be available in some languages, particularly if the learner has selected gender neutral pronouns
5. Find the profile you want to download or share in that learner’s available profiles – these options being available will vary depending on the type of profile e.g., Explore profiles are digital only and can’t be downloaded
6. If available, select the “Download” button to download a PDF version of that profile to your device
7. If available, select the “Share” button on the profile you want to send
8. A modal window will display asking you to select a sharing method, with these options:
   1. Share by email as download link – the learner receives an email with a link to download a PDF document, this link expires in 7 days
   2. Share by email with attached PDF – send an email with the PDF document attached, this may be something your IT security won’t allow so it’s worth testing this with one profile first
9. Continue with the “Share profiles” button
10. A second modal window will display saying that emails are now being sent to the selected learners with their profiles – if you selected an option other than “Learner’s preferred language” in the language dropdown, this will also show the language you selected
